More than 50 companies and organizations will participate in a jobs fair scheduled to open DeKalb County's new Workforce Development Office in North Decatur on Wednesday.
DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis and members of his administration will be the guest speakers at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new office located at 774 Jordan Lane, Building 4, in Decatur.
Following the ceremony, the fair will begin at noon. In addition, the Mobile Unit/Jobs Bus will be onsite, and job seekers can get help with building their resumes and applying online for positions.
