The greater Atlanta area is full of things to do on New Year’s Eve, but if you’d rather stay close to home that night, there are some fun things happening in the North Druid Hills-Briarcliff area too. Here's a sample of what's set to happen as 2012 becomes 2013:
Famous Pub: The restaurant features food and drink specials all night, including $3 shooters. There will be music from a DJ, party favors, a balloon drop and champagne toast at midnight. There is a $5 cover charge.
Red Pepper Taqueria: A four-course prix fixe menu is available for $30 (plus tax and gratuity). There will be a champagne toast at midnight. Critty Upchurch and Friends will perform. Space is limited, so make reservations.
Petite Auberge: The six-course Gala Dinner is available for $59.95, which includes champagne with dessert. Reservations are recommended. Seatings will happen on the half hour from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Click here for the full menu for the gala dinner.
Sprig: Eat a la carte (kids menu available too) or choose a four-course prix fixe dinner paired with beer or wine for $65. The Kerry Hill Band performs at 9 p.m. Reservations recommended.
