Patch has learned from Friends of Briarwood Park that the pool at Briarwood Rec Center has reopened, and will remain open through August 12.
Friends of Briarwood Park is hoping that DeKalb County will keep the pool open until Labor Day.
The pool was closed for about a week while repairs were made.
